HOW TO GET STARTED
By far the best way to get started with our group training program is to take us for a test drive.
Our Two-Week Test Drive program lets you experience two weeks of our Kettlebell Foundations training for $39.99, with no additional obligation if you don't want to continue.
As part of your Test Drive, you’ll get:
- a full movement screen and assessment, with an individualized corrective exercise program if needed
- two weeks of Kettlebell Foundations training — the beginning of your journey toward moving better, improving every component of fitness, and using a kettlebell like an expert
- two high-energy “Saturday Circuit” workouts scaled to your current fitness level
You'll learn some very valuable things, find out what makes our training program different from everything else you’ve tried, and have a few great workouts. And after two weeks, you can continue with a regular membership in the Kettlebell Foundations program.
We currently bring a new group of people into our Kettlebell Foundations program once a month. There's still time to get into the next group, which will be starting on May 20, 2019.
