If you want a training program designed around your specific goals, are concerned that a group training option won’t meet your needs, or simply want to make the fastest possible progress, personal training is the way to go.
In a personal training setting, every aspect of your training is individualized for your goals, your current abilities, and your schedule. In addition, we can often incorporate tools and techniques into a personal training setting that may be impractical in a group class -- barbell exercises or individual heart rate monitoring, for example.
We offer two main types of personal training:
Semi-private training is our standard type of personal training, because we feel it offers clients the best of both worlds. In a semi-private session, you will work alongside one to three other people -- friends, family members, or new training partners that we pair you with -- in a small group setting with your trainer. Every aspect of your training will still be designed specifically for you, and you'll still get lots of personal attention from your coach. But you also get the energy and social support of training with other people. A great balance between the individualization of personal training and the cost-effectiveness and social environment of group training.
One To One Training
If you prefer to work one on one with a trainer, private personal training packages may be available, depending on scheduling. If you don't feel comfortable training in a small group or simply want your trainer's full focus throughout each session, this might be the approach for you. From warm-up to cool-down, One To One training is the ultimate in personal attention and individualized programming.

- All personal training arrangements begin with an individual consultation.
- Although one or a few isolated personal training sessions may be an option if you have a specific short-term need, we generally consider personal training to be an ongoing, long-term training relationship. As such, personal training arrangements are designed with a fixed monthly fee that is paid by automatic electronic funds transfer.
- Every personal training package is customized to your specific needs, so the monthly cost can vary widely. Our programs start at just over $100 per month and can be combined with group training options, nutrition coaching, and more.
