We offer a number of different options for training with us, so you can pick the approach that’s right for you.
One To One Training
Work one on one with a trainer in private sessions to maximize your results. From detailed assessments to specific corrective exercise progressions to conditioning programs based on your individual heart rate response, One To One training is the ultimate in personal attention and individualized programming. If you have specific goals, are concerned our group training options won’t meet your needs, or simply want to make the fastest possible progress, this is for you.
Partner / Team Training
Work alongside one or more friends or family members in semi-private sessions with a trainer. You'll still get programming designed specifically for you and lots of personal attention from your coach, along with the social support of working out with up to 3 training partners in a close-knit team. A great compromise between the individualization of personal training and the cost-effectiveness and social environment of group training.

The MoveStrong Training Club
More than just a group fitness class, the MoveStrong Training Club is a welcoming training community where club members of all fitness and experience levels can train side by side in a friendly, high-energy environment. While kettlebells are always at the center of our workouts, we also incorporate a wide variety of bodyweight exercises and other training tools such as medicine balls, battling ropes, and so on. We aim to strike a good balance between group and individual training: at any given time, you might be working out at your own pace, alternating exercises with a partner, or working through timed circuits or intervals with the whole group.
The regular price for the MoveStrong Training Club is $77 per month (plus an additional start-up fee for the first month).
Current training times are: Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:15 pm, and Saturdays 11:30 am - 12:15 pm.
Not sure if our group training is right for you? Come check out a class for free! You’ll join the group for the warm-up and movement preparation sequence, then one of our instructors will start teaching you some basic exercises. At the end of the session the instructor will put you through a short workout using what you’ve learned. You’ll get a preview of what our group training is like, learn some very useful things, and get a glimpse of what our advanced trainees are doing in their training.
When you're ready to join, we'll schedule you for an individual or small group assessment session, so we can get an idea of how you move and whether any corrective work or special considerations are necessary. Then we'll focus on teaching you how to do the basic exercises correctly. Once you have a solid handle on the basics, you’ll start moving through a structured series of training programs as you progress from beginner to advanced. Along the way, you’ll learn a variety of new exercises and never repeat exactly the same workout twice.
