Kettlebells are an awesome tool for building strength and stability in the whole body, improving endurance, and burning fat. To get the best results and avoid injuries, however, you need to learn how to do the exercises correctly. This workshop will provide a quick introduction to proper technique in the most fundamental kettlebell exercises, with special emphasis on the kettlebell swing and the Turkish Get-Up.
