We only bring a new group into our training program once a month. Classes are small and friendly, so everyone gets plenty of personal attention and can progress at a pace that is right for them. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
After your test drive, you can continue in the program at the regular monthly rate of $89/month.
Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 11 am.

- careful small-group instruction in the basics of our complete training system — the beginning of your journey toward moving better, improving every component of fitness, and using a kettlebell like an expert
- the chance to watch how our more experienced members train
- a high-energy “Saturday Circuit” workout scaled to your current fitness level
